Children's Ministries
We strive to provide a safe and fun atmosphere for kids to learn more about Jesus. We are just like you and we ask the same two questions every week with our kids: "Did you have Fun?" and, "What did you learn?"
Our goal is to help our kids develop healthy relationships with each other and with God. Relationships are fundamental to life. God tells us to love Him and to love others. In all of our activities we try to let kids be kids, but we also teach, model, and practice these two truths: Love God and love each other!
Some things you might want to know...
- We aim to have one "totally fun" activity a month. We may go to the IMAX, Inner Space Caverns, the zoo... (Adults are always welcome and permission slips must be filled out!)
- All of our children workers and volunteers are screened
- On Sunday Mornings we have a "KidZone" just for kids at 9:30am
- Sunday evenings we are doing "Bible Drill" led by Dana Whitmire and Peggy Martin @ 6:30pm
- We do a Children's moment on Sunday mornings and then the kids have to option of going to "Children's Church" or staying with their parents in worship
- Nursery for ages birth-three is provided on Sunday mornings/evenings and for most of our events
